- Blender
- 1x short glass with a round base
- 2x L’OR Espresso Colombia capsules freshly brewed
- 3 full scoops of vanilla bean ice cream or gelato
- Whipped cream
- 1x square of dark chocolate
- Discard dirty water from your L’OR Barista coffee machine tank and fill it up with fresh tap water.
- Brew two L’OR Espresso Colombia capsules as espresso shots then place the coffee into your blender followed by 3 full scoops of vanilla bean ice cream or gelato. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Once the mixture has blended to a medium-thick texture, pour it into your tall glass and add some whipped cream on top.
- Use a grater or microplane to top up your Affogato Coffee Shake with dark chocolate shavings.
